NOV. 6  (Zoom)  – “Changebringing”
Rev. Dr. Ruth L Miller

“We are attendants at the wake of the old way, and each of us—through our actions, our thoughts, our work and relationships—is midwifing a new world into existence. This is our destiny, our meaning, our purpose,” (quote from Jan Phillips, artist and activist). No matter what we think we are doing, this is what
we’re really doing. What does that mean for us: how we act, and how we feel? Dr. Miller will offer some insights from her own recent experience that she hopes we’ll find helpful.

NOV. 13 (in person at Dolphin) –”Change is Good”
Robin McCreery
How changing your mind can be a great thing! If we never gave ourselves the opportunity to change our minds, how stuck and inflexible and small our lives would be. We will explore together what keeps us stuck in a particular mindset, and ways to give yourself permission to change.
Followed by:
***2022 Membership Book Signing Ceremony***
Join us in our opportunity to express and celebrate our commitment to the SCUUF community.

NOV. 20  (Zoom) “We all have a Story about Change”
Suzann Robins
Suzann will introduce the True Storytelling Institute process for sharing thoughts about the CONCEPT CHANGE —

We will use a speaking stick, and pause for 10 seconds of reflection after someone speaks.

Everyone is encouraged to contribute, but it is not required

NOV. 27 (in person at Dolphin) “Story Yoga”
Elisa Sawyer
As a student dramatist, Elisa noticed that she and her classmates often very naturally discovered new and different ways of thinking in the process of crafting our stories. There is something naturally transformative about crafting drama. Elisa is interested in sharing how story yoga draws upon the tools of the dramatist to assist people in their spiritual journey.
